Accounts Payable Supervisor - 3 Month Contract to Permanent

About the Opportunity

• Lead a team of AP clerks
• Prepare vendor account reconciliation and analysis
• Communicate with vendors, external and internal customers
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy, coding and approvals prior to weekly payment run
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including approval, travel and expense policies
• Prepare month-end aging AP analysis for management review
• Communicate and liaise with vendors and other departments to resolve escalated issues and inquires in a timely manner

About You

• University business degree or college diploma with combined experience
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor role in a full AP cycle
• 5-7 years’ experience in a accounts payable/general accounting 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Great Plains and Concur is an asset

Pay Range
$25-$27/hour
