Accounts Payable Supervisor – 8 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Oversee the accounts payable process and manage the work volume
• Manage staff of accounts payable clerks
• Prepare the monthly reporting packages including bank reconciliation, general ledger, bank statements, supporting documentation such as invoices and purchase orders
• Verify monthly bank statements for accurate and complete recording of transactions
• Ensure internal procedures and controls are followed and maintained
• Respond to payment inquiries from vendors and elevate to Procurement or Senior Management when necessary

About You

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
• Cash management is a very strong asset
• Month-end reporting experience
• 3-5 years of AP supervisory experience
• Experience dealing with multiple currencies
• Excellent communication/presentation skills

Pay Range
$28-$32/hour
