Accounts Payable Specialist - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Perform full cycle process for vendor invoices
• Manage and resolve vendor queries
• Maintenance of fixed and prepaid asset registers
• Processing of intercompany transactions
• Preparing and processing all expense reports
• Journal creation and entry
• General ledger reconciliations

About You

• Minimum 3 years of relevant full cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Successful completion of post-secondary education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working experience with PeopleSoft and advanced Excel skills

Pay Range
$20-$22/hour
