Accounts Payable Specialist - 12 Month Contract (Closed)

DO YOU HAVE ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCE INDUSTRY? Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join them for a 12 month opportunity.

Accounts Payable Specialist – 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Prepare and post invoices in the system for approval
• Prepare and send invoice requirements correspondence to vendors for discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Investigate and reply to vendor and business related inquiries 
• Ad hoc duties as per manager 

About You

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in finance/accounting 
• CPA enrollment is an asset
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a strong asset 

Pay Range
$17-$19/hour
