Accounts Payable Coordinator - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Manage Accounts Payable email account and ensure all queries are being attended to
• Handle all spoken and written communication with vendors regarding payables and researches questions, issues and problems as required
• Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices
• Manually enter invoices into the payable system
• Processing invoices for payment including matching and verifying backup attached
• Dealing with management to attain approval of invoices
• Processing weekly cheque/EFT run
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Other ad hoc requests and projects as assigned

About You

• 3 to 5 years working in an Accounts Payable
• Diploma in Accounting/Business or other related field
• Experience with Oracle is an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well with senior management 

Pay Range
$19-$20/hour
