Accounts Payable Coordinator
About the Opportunity
- Full cycle Accounts Payable functions
- Matching/batching and coding of invoices
- Process expense reports
- Assist with year-end audit
- Assist in the preparation of monthly accruals, various account reconciliation and other administration duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Review and process all Accounts Payable for all companies
- Process, reconcile and validate expense reports
- Reconciliation of payments
- Maintain vendor files
- Related duties as required
- Ongoing improvement of existing processes and systems
About You
- 1-3 years of AP experience
- Great Plains, changing procurement system (Proactive)
- Implementation experience is an asset
- Strong AP mind-set
- Early stages of CPA designation
Salary Range
$40,000-$45,000/year
