Accounts Payable Clerk - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Upload and process supplier, carrier, freight and expense invoices in SAP by performing the full cycle of Accounts Payable
• Review and approve payment proposals for Electronic Fund Transfers, wires, utilities, cheques and travel
• Complete the monthly write-off of old balances from the aged accounts payable balance
• Review daily banking activities and management of company’s cash
• Reconcile the business commodity taxes and issuance of payment for both commodity and corporate taxes to various government account entities
• Coordinate the vendor documentation in order to set up Electronic Funds Transfers

About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience performing Accounts Payable duties within SAP

Pay Range
$17-$18/hour
