HAVE YOU PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICE? Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them for a 12 month contract.

Accounts Payable Clerk - 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

  • Review, verify and prepare expense reports for payment
  • Input accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate G/L distribution
  • Review vendor statements to ensure all invoices and credit notes have been received
  • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries
  • Issue weekly cheque runs
  • Reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements and prepare journal entries
  • Assist with annual external audit

About You

  • Post-secondary education in accounting
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Detail oriented, strong organization skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay Range
$50,000/year
