Accounts Payable Clerk - 3-6 Month Contract (Closed)

Accounts Payable Clerk – 3-4 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Processes payments of supplier invoices
• Manages one of the deposit centres
• Reconciles supplier statements
• Processes journal entries using an upload program for internal changes 
• Responsible for counting, balancing and securing monies

About You

• Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting
• Two to three years of practical experience
• Experience dealing with counting and controlling large volumes of cash
• Demonstrated knowledge of software programs, including spreadsheets and word processing applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational skills, the ability to work well independently or as a team player 

Pay Range
$18-$20/hour
