About the Opportunity

• Track documents received by the bank
• Analyze document discrepancies 
• Upload documents from banking system into Content Central application
• Record payment of documents in Great Plains
• Prepare supplier charge-backs as instructed
• Monthly bank reconciliations in Great Plains
• Record recurring bank transactions in Great Plains
• Monthly AR, AP sub-ledger/general ledger reconciliations
• Correspond with suppliers and bank contacts regarding documents

About You  

• 3 years AP experience 
• Great Plains Dynamics 
• Attention to detail
• Ability/willing to learn
• Organized (able to keep track of numerous vendors/bills)
• Systematic thinker
• Looking for stability

Salary Range
$50,000 - $57,000/year
