ARE YOU AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SEEKING AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR A GLOBAL FIRM? Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant for a full-time role.
Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant
About the Opportunity
- Receive invoices and verify accuracy
- Process payables by entering invoices, producing cheques, pre-authorized payments and/or direct deposit payments
- Journal entries, preparation of HST working papers
- Reconcile sales activity and back up other support staff in various duties such as reception, accounts receivable and inventory
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable and Administration role in an office environment
- Microsoft NAV (nice to have), MS Office
- Experience working in a franchise environment would be preferred
Salary Range
$40,000 - $45,000/year
