ARE YOU AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT SEEKING A NEW OPPORTUNITY? Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant for a full-time role.

Accounts Payable Accountant

About the Opportunity

• Processing a high volume of vendor invoices (involving data entry)
• Responsible for banking activities
• Processing vendor payments (EFT, wire transfers and cheques)
• Following up with vendors for payment issues
• Liaising with other departments for issue resolution (receiving)
• Performing regular Aged Payables Reports and taking appropriate action
• Preparing HST returns
• Reconciling monthly with intercompany transactions
• Performing other accounting related duties, as required

About You  

• 3 years’ experience in AP
• SAP (must have), ideally manufacturing environment experience OR 3-way match experience
• Pursuing CPA designation

Salary Range
$50,000-$55,000/year
