Accounting Supervisor

About the Opportunity  

• Timely preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting (internal)
• Prepare on a monthly basis:
  • Bank and inter-company reconciliations
  • Journal entries
  • Revenue and operational reports
  • Overseeing AP and AR functions
  • Cash sources and uses
  • Payroll
• Prepare year-end financials for audit and tax purposes
• Provide operational support to various business functions
• Be a key point of contact for external auditors
• Other projects as assigned
• The ability to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on is critical to this position

About You

• Completion of a post-secondary degree
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Experience with Quick Books is an asset
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, including technical accounting and reporting requirements
• Advanced user of Excel
• Exposure to heath care industry preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Salary Range
$60,000-$80,000/year
