Accounting Clerk

About the Opportunity

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Update/maintain vendor file in Great Plains (address, etc.)
• Upload invoices
• Assist with month-end, including AR statements to customers, process PayPal, weekly bank deposits
• Ad hoc filing and recommend process improvements

About You  

• 2-3 years’ experience communicating via email for business
• Great Plains Dynamics is an asset
• Degree/diploma
• Great organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Hard working and detailed

Salary Range
$40,000year
