Accounting Analyst - 15 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Evaluate and process CTS North America invoices, including reconciliation, discrepancies, and resolution of any issues
• Manage internal approval workflow for all Canada and U.S invoices
• Reconcile and update all invoices against approved Statement of Work
• Populate and Send ePay batch file to TD Accounts Payable and follow up on Payment updates
• Send Invoice approval email reminders to all CTS CC owners/delegates weekly
• Send U.S. Tech Finance Invoice payments
• Update Scope of Work and Invoice Tracker for North America Centric
• Update Canada/U.S Retention
• Publish Scope of Work/Invoice Tracker on SharePoint/Share Drive for review
• Track all CTS Multi Cost Centers Transfer Costs
• Populate a process flow diagram for both Canada and U.S.
• Evaluate Rejection Reports Monthly

About You

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking/FI environment
• Extensive Invoicing experience
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel and Access skills
• Strong professional communication skills
• Previous experience with Ereq is an asset
• Previous experience using Clarity System is an asset
• University degree in a related field

Pay Range
$28-$30/hour
